Sanjoy Mukerji

Sanjoy Mukerji entered the corporate arena as a trainee with Shaw Wallace & Co. Limited. Thereon, he worked with companies like Pepsi Cola, Navin Mail Services and Vodafone. His biggest achievement as Operations director and Chief commercial officer of Vodafone was to help the organization grow from $100M to over $6B in revenue/annum. He launched iClinic Healthcare after successfully transforming the Indian telecom industry in the last 11 years. Being a senior professional with over 26 years of experience in process engineering, process design and customer service he believes that his skills and experience will enable him to connect doctors with patients over a technologically advanced platform and take healthcare to the next level in India.

His general management skills include leading a profit centre like Vodafone. Sanjoy showcased his entrepreneurial talent in start up companies like FMCG and Internet Telephony through brand creation, team building, improvising infrastructure and setting business goals. He is the perfect example of being a multi - tasker because in his entire career he had undertaken varied roles like sales and marketing, project execution, production, branding, revenue generation, resolving critical issues, distribution and customer service to working under emergency, retail, excel in difficult situations and creative and communication ability. He has developed and successfully lead various teams and resolved complex people issues.

As a person, Sanjoy Mukerji is known to be a very calm and easy going person. He is happily married and has a daughter. Being a fitness freak, he brought about a major transformation when he ditched 25kgs and attained a leaner frame and was also featured in Men’s Health Magazine. Sanjoy is also very creative and expresses his emotions through poetry, a talent not many is familiar with. With zeal to excel in life and serve our society, he has now developed a keen interest in a developing technology that is based on creating connectivity platforms that would enable health care to be provided at remote locations. Not only has he established iClinic firmly in this field, his futuristic vision and go-getter attitude is sure to transform the way people look at healthcare in India.
